The base of this design was actually conceived in the mid 90s, when I was a bored autistic teenager doodling in class. Did I sketch the "cool S" thing that others did? Nope, I drew cartoon amoebas. I may have been a weird kid. I've been meaning to put my cute amoebas to fabric for a long time... and now there's a microbes challenge! I have a smaller-patterned version for mask making, as well.
