About the Design

If you like designs that are unique I expect this plaid may appeal to you. It has a wavy, 3D

quality. The pastel colors are as fresh as spring.

If you want another size, just ask. Though this is a bit of any unusual plaid, you may use it as you would any other plaid. You will find lots of suggestions below. I see this design used for shirts, blouses, dresses, possibly tote bags. In a small version think doll clothes, or a quilt for a doll or small family pet. Plaids are also great for quilts! I always set my designs as available for wall paper as well as fabric, because one never knows what clever idea a maker will come up with. Plaids are just about THE most successful design ever created and are available in just about any color combination you could imagine. Here is an interesting article about plaids from the Smithsonian: https://www.smithsonianmag.com/smart-news/brief-history-plaid-180957342/ This next URL has photos of some lovely ways to combine plaids with gingham or florals in a quilt: https://www.quiltingboard.com/main-f1/plaid-checkered-fabric-what-do-t182991.html As for garment sewing - vests, jackets, shirts, blouses and dresses are all great candidates for a plaid fabric.
