LAKA, the Hawaiian goddess of forest growth. She is the goddess of Hula, and is said to be the inspiration a person thinks of while they dance. The textured flowers in this pattern were created from my digitally hand painted blooms, laid onto my ikat style background. The original repeat area for this is a 24" x 28".
