Created for a design challenge theme that asked designers to take something that was often considered "girly" and to give it a twist to appeal to boys. My husband and a good friend play the oboe and flute, which are both instruments often stereotyped as something "for girls". They are also both instruments that you rarely see in music themed designs. I think this print would make amazing button up shirts or bermuda shorts for your favorite boy who loves to play music. The song written into the notes in the design is "Pop Goes the Weasel", which is a really common tune in beginning "learn to play your band instrument" repertoire.
